Coivid19 Pandemic - Service Limitations

During the current outbreak of the Corona Virus we may have to limit the repairs services we provide.

We will continue to respond to  Emergencies  (i.e. risk to health and safety)  in the normal way

All other repairs will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a risk assessment.

Requesting Maintenance or Repairs During Office Hours

Our normal opening times are:

Make a maintenance request by sending an email to our Maintenance Department. Please include your name, your address, a contact phone number, and a brief description of the fault that you wish to report. A member of our staff will then contact you shortly.  Please click here to request a repair online.

Out of Hours Repairs (Emergency Repairs Only)

For maintenance emergencies outside of office hours and on Public Holidays, etc, we use the Bristol City Council Emergency Repair Service.  Please note the conditions of using this service below.

 The out of hours repairs service is for emergency repairs only!
 A significant risk to the safety of occupants or the security of the building must exist..
 You will be recharged if you use this service for a repair that is not an emergency.  

Emergency repairs include:-

Breaches to the security of the property.

Electrical Faults

Serious leaks or burst pipes

Emergency Repairs Do not include:-
Loose Handrail
No Hot Water
Loose Carpet
Dripping Tap
